I if fact emailed a friend who is into it more for the potential as a takeover candidate - told hime technically it looked good from my amateurs eyes. Should have passed it along.... BTW, OTXT having a little legal situation up here, so perhaps take them off the list as takeover candidate of DCTM, but Yahoo is so full of (it) takeover rumours, there's simply too much to read. Still thinking about re-entry point for WSTL, perhaps it'll jiggle a little - any chance for $7.50 ?? Still freaked a bit by no DR. TECH. Regards, Dave
