Cirruslvr - Re: I saw this as an especially good thing to read because at that French hardware website, the Athlon really sucked running the Unreal fly-by benchmark (which some people speculated wasn't a true performance indicator (even the K6-III performed well on it compared to the PIII)). I am assuming that Sweeney is referring to a different 'timedemo' than the one available in the standard version. Both because of the performance issues and because of his comments regarding the complexity of the timedemo [that he ran]. (the fly-by demo is not very complex). --fyodor
