The Pink Sheets Current stocks that are no longer listed on the OTC BB are now on the National Quotation Bureau's ''Pink Sheets''. Later this month many of those stocks that were removed from the OTC BB will begin trading on National Quotation Bureau's ''Electronic Pink Sheets'' where real-time stock quotes and trading information will be available to investors, brokers, and market makers. If you need a quote for a company that was affected by the change in exchanges, quotes are now available to investors, brokers, and traders by calling 212-868-7100, Ext. 483. National Quotation Bureau's new, fully-automated online trading system, scheduled to commence later this month, will provide increased market liquidity due to the world-wide availability for quotations and due to an anticipated increased number of market makers. The National Quotation Bureau has been providing quotations and stock information for nearly one hundred years. Its ''Pink Sheets'' were the forerunner of the NASDAQ automated trading system. National Quotation Bureau has developed, and is now testing, its new, online, fully automated electronic trading system. The new system is to be activated for the public and all 8,000+ broker/dealers later this month. The new trading system will provide all the information provided by the NASDAQ trading system and the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board system but will offer features and information not provided to investors, traders, and brokers on the other trading systems. Users of the new trading system will be able to see all of the bids and offers of all market makers, not just the market maker with the highest bid and the lowest offer. Users will also be able to see a listing of all trades, including date and time of trade. Many other features will become available in the near future, according to the National Quotation Bureau. Investors, traders, and brokers are encouraged to visit the National Quotation Bureau's web site at nqb.com where they can read about all of the new trading features and information to be available with the new trading system.
