Good post Bak Man.

I think MCOM may actually have plans to be an all in one ISP or at least put something together like that with WCOM.

I believe they have an interest in an ISP somewhere in their portfolio. I may be thinking of Paul Allen's portfolio but somewhere I remember that they have an interest in an ISP.

Even if they don't, considering the partnership with WCOM MCI, this is exactly the type of synergy that will really make each company better off.

One other thing to consider.

Now that MCOM has stock with a value --- albeit changing value -- they will be soon, if not now, in a position to start making acquisitions with their stock. This is how the internuts have grown successful, eg. Amazon.

If there is somewhere in the business plan that has a hole, Paul Allen will figure it out and use stock to acquire.

Check out his interview and his talk of convergence.
