BARRONS: NOTHING, NADA, ZERO. Not a mention of NITE, KNIGHT TRIMARK, or anything related that I could find unless it is too obscure to find immediately. What a joke, kind of like what happened to KOOP the day before the big AOL announcement. Well, not exactly, but my point is that rumors fly, and stocks fluctuate. That's why you do YOUR OWN research. I agree there have been some warning signs technically, but that is the risk you take. You weigh fundamentals against technicals, SOme favor fundamentals, some favor TA. That's what makes a market.
