I also want to see a more dynamic representation of Michael and his vision for the future Dear Michael Dell, Is your company still worth a p/e of 70, or are you done eating everyone else's lunch? Do you have a new product? Is Gigabuys the next screaming product? What's this about service? I find it hard to believe you want to contract out IT service. You are a computer system manufacturer - do what you do best: Build high-end disk storage systems so the EXDS's of the world will buy from you and give EMC a run for it's money. Why don't I see a hand/held PC with the DELL logo yet? How 'bout a palm/pc? For that matter, buy 3com and give HP a run for their money! I think it's time to turn your attention to R&D. You have the name and respect to go forth and take over the h/w world. We all think of you as the direct selling god, but it's time turn the crank and splatter the DELL logo on everything from organizers to toasters. Besides, I really, really want my stock to double;-) I have a feeling you've spent too much time squeezing the last hour out production and now you're missing all the other opportunities the 'net is offers.
