dave,

I use the Max Pain as a guideline just to see where the money is at. Currently Max Pain for IBM is at 100, went long the IBMSG's @ 1 7/8 on Friday, but once again it looks like entry was too early as they closed @ 1 1/4. Using Ben's graphs in this market, you have to give quite a bit of leeway. The 745/735 OEX spread looks like it will yeild a buck looking at the closing numbers. I would like the 745/740 if I could get 5/8 or so.

Good Trading

Dave
