I knew an insider at EXDS who at first wanted to dump his shares after the lock-out period. But he got good advice. There are other ways (puts) to not have to sell a good company or sell just a little. This guy made many times more by holding EXDS.

good heavens! why would you even think management would "want to take profits" at this juncture?? The runup to earnings hasn't even begun..they would be crazy to sell now...
