Thank you David, but that's quenching my thirst with a peanut butter sandwich.

There's no doubt that UUNET is one of the best Tier 1 upstream providers --- but this has nothing to do with the crucial question.

My question simply is this: how many subscribers can be serviced at 128 kbs before MCOM's limited last mile bandwidth induces bottlenecks?

* The answer goes ONE way if MCOM operates at 900 MHz.

* The answer is goes ANOTHER way if MCOM avails of MCI's recently bought 2.4 GHz spectrum.

A notation beneath the technology section of MCOM's website indicates it has not been updated since 1997. :))
