The thing is, in its 10K edgar-online.com there is a mentioning of convertible debenture [actually, it is the 1st thing I look at.] From the description of it, it might be problems [there are many experts in another thread regarding floorless debenture, you can use your search with the key word 'floorless' to find it.] I hope that is not the case. I ve no intention to ruffle any feather and certainly I do not want to turn this thread into a debate on ARTM, but I thought I would give you an outsider perspective. good luck best, Bosco
