Chris,

Remember too that fundies get this info as well and in todays internet time world, information dissemination is virtually instantaneous! They are the ones who cause the sharp moves up with block buys....

Also, have strong opinions about this letter. It is a strategic tool and not solely a tactical trading tool. Yes, you can use it tactically for ST price movement, but IMO George is writing about LT trends and the stocks that should benefit.
