PMS, I agree with you about DI. Mine gets used regularly. I take an image every week, because I am always installing new software, playing with settings and uninstalling, I like to put the computer back in "pre-loss" condition.

Anytime it goes buggy, I restore the image, along with the backed up critical data. (Data that is newer than the last image)

I need Partition Magic, if I create new partitions on my 2 HD's, my data would have to be backed up, use FDISK and restore all the data. With Partition Magic, the program does all the work.

Rebates? I never see any rebates because I always download my software from the manufacture when the download option is available. 80% of the software I bought in the last year was downloaded.
