Perhaps our hosts would respond to messages like this from supporters of Jas, Marty, or EC: I am an SI member. I am advised you have suspended the posting privileges of Jas Singh. I would like to know why. Failing that, I would expect his immediate reinstatement. I regularly read what Jas Singh posts. Indeed, his posts on the "WAVX Anyone?" board catalyzed my decision to subscribe to SI in 1997. In posting, Jas is the soul of circumspection. Although he has recently spent some time methodically debunking certain disinformation posted by others, he has done so only with his customary courtesy and aplomb. I would hate to think that you have acted summarily on the word of another poster who regularly threatens to trump up terms-of-service charges against those who contest his campaigns to "shape investor opinion." Please look at the posts that Jas has put on your boards over time. You will see that he is your model citizen. By contrast, his recent nemesis is a vulgar boor. Please reaffirm my faith in SI's probity by double-checking whose side you have taken in this matter. You have suspended one who is worthy of your highest regard. Thank you for your consideration.
