Ian,

I for one am not concerned about higher interest rates over the next few months. With the strong dollar overseas causing some major concerns in Europe that cause over exports to cost more and with the Y2K looming in less than 5 months Greenspan isn't going to do something stupid. Add in the deflation from Southeast Asia and interest rates will remain the same with a bias towards lowering by November.
