Well, Why they did not add the One year convertable restriction on the PR is indeed a question. All I know is that CLVE has an 80 page document sent to them by GEM in regards to financing. Once the deal is signed with the Medical Imaging company next week and the PR Firm is out there pumping and more Internet deals are added on its going to be real hard for some one with a 1.2 million investment to short the stock down to nothing . But then again what do I know?
