In my humble opinion, having watched the TTRIF saga for some time, but never invested... I think the new investors want RB out, and want to roll back/reverse split the stock before they put new money into it. In my opinion, I would be very surprised if any new plants are funded prior to a reverse split. Anyone investing in this wallpaper should do very careful due diligence. Also call Trooper Technologies (TPP.V) and read Trooper's press releases in which Trooper prevailed in legal proceedings against TTRIF and RB. TTRIF's reasons for withdrawing from the VSE and years of overly optimistic press releases are another red flag warning. Daxtech
