"People who defame other parties online are going to be responsible--this is nothing new," Schlachter said. "But if a person feels aggrieved by an anonymous posting online, they can only sue if they can find the person who posted the message. When the person can't be found or has no money, [ed. comment probably the case here, its called the Walter Mitty Syndrome] people often look for the deep pockets instead."

Our friend is hiding behind his anonymity... how about a name, phone number, address etc.. reminds me of a friend I had who unfortunately had a very bad weight problem. She weighed in at 260 pounds but her pleasure was in 'on line romances' over the internet using pictures of friends and 'creating another persona' for herself. Eventually she will be found out, and although what she did was sad and forgiveable it shows how you can masquerade as anything you want on the internet. A bumbling, developmentally delayed mail room attendant can be CEO of Microsoft if he desires and our friend can really be anything and anyone, limited only by the keyboard and the creativity of his fantasies.

I personally offer a name, address, absolutely pristine reputation with both NASD and IRS and hold that reputation, integrity and truth is above all. Perhaps wimpy but that's me. How about a name, address, resume, list of recommendations that are verifiable, ???

Jenna,

Since your angry response to me on July 10, << Message 10455817 >>, and your other hateful angry responses like this one << Message 10452880 >>, WAVX has dropped from 16 3/4 to 13 5/8 today and broken significant support... Ouch...

Also, since you refused to bet me 100k that the WAVX's business plan will fail, I would like to offer you a wager maybe you can afford - how bout a burger and a sodee pop? Surely your husband's civil servant salary can afford that?

So far, WAVX continues to have close to ZERO revenue and ZERO contracts that realistically will lead to revenue. Furthermore, WAVX's business plan requires multiple levels of acceptance that I and every industry analyst say is absurdly unrealistic... Without multiple levels of adoption, the company falls into the toilet where IMO it should and will be...

How was it again that your research figured this one to succeed? Maybe you could fill us in on your reasoning as to why WAVX's business plan will be adopted?

Inquiring minds want to know - heck you can even be angry about it I can handle it....

The way I see it, if you can't support your bold claims that what I have said about WAVX is "slander", you're just blowing hot air and have zero research skills...

In fact, I'll bet another burger and sodee pop your research skills are as valuable as the plastic decoder ring I got from a box of Cracker Jacks...

This is your chance to show either you have "skills", or you just scribble mindless hype. Please hurry with your response, I'm having a big Mac attack...

Cheers Steve
