How do I register my complaint w/ SI re: their suspension of Jas & ML? I've tried the webmistress and webmasterlinks and they're both dead. What I will ask them is to post either privately or publicly the posts that got Jas & ML suspended. If for no other reason, than to see how fairly they are refereeing the game. Did Mamabear get booted for misrepresenting my position on the ZSUN suit, for instance. (Not a trivial matter, as the defendants are countersuing ZSUN and presumably anyone else that is allegedly defaming them for $50M). How 'bout it, SI? Let's see the beef...

When stocks like MALL, SKYM, MAIL, STMP, WAVX are that volatile, and are capable of 3 digit gains, they are fair game for the 'bounty hunter'. My only transgression is in 'daring' to have some of these in my lists and mention that I thought they looked like they might be rebounding. Below are two of the attacks I received for my indiscretion. You have to realize you are being goaded to ire and if you are suspended from SI that is part of the plan to have one less voice in support of this stock or any other. Keep you replies with the 'ordinances of SI'.. You can answer using 'acceptable language'. The English language is full of master ways to be condemning, demeaning, and putting some one in their place without expletives and flying off the handle. Use your intellect to counteract these attacks, don't stoop to their level. Remain within these bounds and you won't play into the hands of those that are baiting you. Personally I do find one of the posts below enough of a violation of terms of SI to have the perpetrator suspended, but maybe something more was needed. Just understand the character and level of the perpetrator. Would those words below come from the mouth of a John Bollinger, A Larry McMillan, A Jake Bernstein.. or a David Gardner. No, why? Because anyone who is a success, who is held in esteem, followed and respected would not speak in such a way. ONLY FAILURES AND THE UNSUCCESSFUL AND FRUSTRATED NEED THIS KIND OF LANGUAGE TO MAKE THEIR POINTS. Message 10454739 Message 10442932 I posted WAVX on my SI watch list on Thursday, Friday it was upgraded to a strong buy and the price of the stock was up 1 point intraday. I know its no miracle and doesn't necessarily presage anything remarkable, but it does neutralize WAVX's detractors.
