George Washington,bigotries were commonplace for his time. But Lindbergh was to the extremity in his bigotries for his time frame. Though many have tried to make excuses for Lindbergh,the fact is he was an hardcore Aryan supremist.And deeply believed the U.S. was on the wrong side,regards their war against Hitler. The conception that Lindbergh did not fly in WWII because he believed in non-involvement in international matters is a fallacy. In fact he requested of Roosevelt that he be permitted to fly against the Japanese as he had no problem with killing yellow people. Roosevelt refused him.Good for FDR. Lindbergh plain and simple,was a fascist. The same goes for "Lawrence of Arabia". If it wasn't for his motor cycle death he would have soon gone to Germany and partipate with Hitler at a major Nazi rally,and there was talk (and fear) that Lindbergh was to take the lead of the Nazi party in Endland,also. To this day there is conjecture that M-5 "had him removed" If M-5 did do this,than I applaud them. And now we learn that the founder of World Church of the Creator invented the electric can-opener,so I guess this excuses him? Sorry,no way. And regards Lindbergh,does his deeds excuse him?And again I say no way. Max90
