If it is shown that she does have a mental problem, then you will be prohibiting from opposing her, because to do so would put you in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act.

truedog, I think that is a plausible take on the matter, as well. By the way, when I said that it was debatable whether or not she had a "mental problem", I did not mean to relieve her of moral responsibility. But alongside problems of character are these "quirks", such as the business with deducting the underwear, which pushes greed to an absurd point. Similarly with the health- care task force. The way in which she tried to fight disclosures mandated by well- known sunshine laws was finally irrational, since it was clear enough that she was doomed to lose, and that it would be a terrible political mistake.
