David, this is no way to invest, you'd better make sure you are right before you invest and recommend to every one on your thread to invest. You are not throwing a dice here, you recommended this stock at $1, it is now $.37 and it is time to seriously ask yourself if you should cut your losses.

Once more, you do not argue the point, you ask us to rely on some mythical faith of being right or wrong. Even the worst managed medical services company does not have 15 months of Accounts Receivable, they would go bankrupt. Thus, it behoove you to find out what is wrong with a business having such horrendous cash management problems. Even if you assume this is standard, you are left with the question where will the $15 MM required to finance the 10 trucks come from.

You see, now people have two major reasons to avoid CLVE, a floorless and lousy cash management in the new company they just spent $3.95 MM to buy. Money they had to go out and borrow under horrendous and punishing terms.
