You might have construed it this way, you should have known they have paid cash $1.2 MM, do you know how much money they have borrowed? $1.2 is just for the business, they now will need additional money for working capital (I believe that with 15 months of receivable and 10 trucks, as you mentioned, they'll need about $15 MM in working capital to start with).
