Preston, Tommy's drummed into me to have a plan...now I fully recommend his idea of up 33% sell the 1st 1/3, up 50% sell the 2nd 1/3, and hold that last with a stop at the first up 33% point.

But, how do you play the violatile stocks like the semi's and biogenics since they go up 200% during one cycle. I find that if I use Tom's 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 concept I get out to early in 2/3 rds of the stock and miss the big gains. This is especially true if it is AMAT. I bought AMAT at $26 and if I would have followed the 1/3 concept I would have been out of a large part of the gains and future gains.

Do you have an approach of deal with these violatile stocks.
