I like ADBL, eDollar...

To my knowledge, they're the only serious player in their market. Microsoft, AT&T, and Compaq are major shareholders. They have a $30MM royalty agreement already in place with Microsoft on the Audible software. They already have commitments from most of the major manufacturers of portable MP3 devices to support the Audible format. And on top of all that, the market has been kind to cheap IPOs lately.

We all do need to be aware, however, that the market kindness can end as suddenly as it recently re-started. I'm very thankful for the current market, with NETO being the only sub-offering-price IPO stock in my portfolio at the moment. I sold CAIS for a quarter-point profit (and it's up from there now) and got rid of FCST yesterday at a 2-1/2 point premium. Times are good right now, but we don't need to let the rough times sneak up on us. 60 days puts us into September, by which time Y2K jitters could start showing up in the market. Who knows?
