Jeff,

I do not know what the law is in Peru, but if TG-1 was in Quebec, it would be a quick trip to court to settle on how much to pay for the expropriation of the town (no IF's, the law is that clear). Of course the media would have a field day and Greenpeace would chain themselves to houses... I have a funny feeling that the Government of Peru is participating in this for some other reason that the bottom line.
