<<Can you be more specific?>> Yes. <<What fraud and underhanded dealings?>> The sleazy $25 mil. loan as reported in Greenberg's column. <<Excessive promotions on which message boards?>> On the SI and Yahoo boards, the number of messages and wild speculation regarding this little POS company from New Jersey are overwhelming...and suspicious. <<Which part of the technology is lousy?Have you ever tried it?>> Let's start wiht Net2Phone. I HAVE tried it. It's unreliab;le and slow. Furthermore, the company refuses to refund money (A complaint I've heard many times). IDTC is grossly overvalued and will eventually trade in the single digits.
