I am just spending a week in Las Vegas ...
promise my old lady last Christmas that I will take her anywhere she likes ...
may be I can make some money there since my luck is lousy lately on Wall Street ...

Please Chop... please tell me about this Pocket Mail device. I have never heard of it...don't know what it is...sounds like what I need!
I am leaving for the mainland in a few weeks myself...and would love to leave the house in general, but still be able to respond to e-mails from WITC.

Thanks In advance,
Mary

Well, my PocketMail device works just fine! I have received emails from 3 different email accounts of mine! You can use this device with your phones at home, work or anywhere...including pay phones. You cannot use this device with digital or PCS cellular phones...only analog. (unless it is a dual mode digital/analog phone)

Also, I thought this thing would ALERT me to incoming emails...like a pager. It does NOT do that! So in order to know if you have emails or not...you must dial in from a phone...then you hold the device up to the phone and it sends and receives your messages at the same time!

So...now how do I get an alert that I have incoming e-mail?? Does that exist???

Thanks,
Mary
