Paul, <Since you connect your PCs through a HUB, can't you get a HUB and a PROXY SERVER SOFTWARE to do that with your cable modem ?> That's what I was thinking about, but I was wondering if there would be a loss in performance. <Windows 98 SE contains an Internet Sharing software > I was just reading about this a week or so ago....and that's what got me thinking that there is a better cheaper way to share the cable modem. BTW, as up to date as I am with much of my hardware, I am still using Win 95. Perhaps this will compel me to upgrade. Thanks for the input, FF
