I agree with you but I think that there is an exception.

When a company make a reverse split, it is in general because the price of share is under 0.50 and overvalued. It is a stock with a down trend, a little interest and it can't to go up.

Exception: Here with SBX, the reason for reverse split is a reverse takeover. This stock have not a down trend and have a good interest. For me ... Message 10456165 .
