Mike, I don't recall the subject of shareholder value directly coming up in the meeting but they were well aware it was on everyone's mind. Indirectly, that was the whole purpose of Peter Buswell's hour long presentation, to tell us what they are doing about it. He went into a lot of detail on their revenue growth, minutes growth, new areas of installations, new products, as well as other areas and partnerships they are working on. All trends were upward.

We saw snipets of new PR activity and were shown how easy it would be for them to ramp up to higher production levels if required.

There's no question that Frank is a different type of CEO. IMO he believes that the price will take care of itself as growth and new partnerships take place. Even though he was a marketing guy (as well as an engineer) for IBM, I don't think he understand the value of marketing. He did make it clear he HATES debt, and he has received the message that maybe there are enough shares out there<g>. Which means he will likely continue to use revenues to pay as he goes for PR, which means you should not be looking for Franklin Telecom on CNBC quite yet.

Raising the share price is clearly low on their priority list. They are thinking and acting longterm, which is tough for shareholders (including me) to be patient with sometimes. I have total confidence that they will be wildly successful, but they will do it at their own pace.
