You may be right about DPL. I assumed they use gas for three reasons:

1. Searching for coal in their SEC filings and financial statements for the past year yielded 0 hits.
2. They handle Nat Gas, but it could be all for resale.
3. They are proud of their peaking power generation capability. I usually see discussions of peaking power associated with NG turbines.

Would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction to find out the facts.
