Jim, since you claim to have done extensive DD..perhaps you can answer the question I posted to Pageup..TIA(By the way, I don't consider calling a PR rep..DD-they are paid to blow smoke up your ass) To: Pageup (3607 ) From: Ditchdigger Friday, Jun 25 1999 5:55AM ET Reply # of 3643 Pageup <we know it's in the bazillions...> problem is we have absolutely no idea,,and it appears that is the way Dan wants it..I'm sensing a shift,,could he have .Com on his mind? DD PS: I doubt NTAH holders will get anything( a piece of the pie) out of CyberSensor,IMO PPS: a couple of questions.. How many shares are outstanding post split? How many shares are authorized? What type of financing is currently in place? How is the company going to fund pump production/lease? What were the revenue numbers for 1998? What were the expenditures for 1998? Where is the 10K for 1998? Where are the 10Q's for 1999? What is the amount of Dan's yearly compensation? In what form does he receive his compensation? How many shares does Dan own? How many shares has Dan sold in the past year? Where is the S8 filing for the split? Why the vague press release(fluff/no substance)? Please don't say call the company,,much of this info should be publically available from the transfer agent..Why does Dan have a gag order in effect over the TA? .................. Let's add a couple... How much does it cost to manufacture the pump and telemetry? How much does a prospective custumor have to pay for the pump and system? Who are the "major"//"large" oil companies interested in the technology? How many have been sold? What are the total revenues for NTAH year to date? What is the profit margin on the pumping system? What is the cash burn rate of the company? How are the PR folks being paid? (shares or cash) It's early, I'll think of a few more later... Maybe you can post this on RB and Maark can answer them...
