i've got to say that dealing with amazon.com for cd's is just this side of pure pleasure.

easy to find what i want, easy to order, easy to track the order status, and easy to contact if there is a problem.

they recently sent me a $5 email gift certificate because i hadn't ordered any cd's in 6 months. the inducement worked. then, when the shipment was only one day late leaving the warehouse, they credited me the entire cost of shipping. this was without me asking and was very impressive.

now i'm not criticizing BNBN, because as of yet, i have not done business with them. i just felt compelled to say how much i like amazon.com. and i'm curious to hear from anyone who has had similar great shopping experiences from BNBN.

:)
