Hello, board, I'm considering buying in but I'm wondering: 1) what will happen to the DDEQ shares after the spin off; 2) since there are only about 5M shares of DDEQ out there now, this will result in about 1M shares of the IPO. How many more shares will be issued, and at approximately what price -- can anybody offer a clue?

As a partial response to my own query: they stated a price commensurate with Priceline, which is about $15 billion dollars. I wonder if they're talking about market cap or the initial price, which was $80 for Priceline at 142 million shares. Say it comes out at $80, and the price of DDEQ on July 20 is $5, primitive analysis says that's an immediate gain of 25 ->80 if if happens, which is >300%. Is that what the potential is here at these levels?
