Oh, you can be sure the names will be changed to protect the innocent.....and prevent royalties! <G>

Jonathan Capper as far as "litigation" - well I did not take lightly the information you provided 2 days prior to my getting a "threatening" phone call from a NYC attorney; nor the email from Mike Langdon intimating Lucent/Xstream attorneys were looking at me - for asking a question tht would validate any comments made by a company; if there is a problem, it is not with me asking a question - I sought no "details" that would compromise a contract or ongoing negotiation; that both companies to which I had been referred via PUBLIC documents Feb 1999 release and the release on Lucent - All I wanted to know if they knew anything about xstream.

Well the obvious "OVERREACTION" CAUSED SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT IT WOULD COST ME HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND ABOUT 30 YEARS IN COURT for asking questions f those two referred "associates" all they had to say was yes and or no. Well Lehmans said no and Lucent got attorneys to ask xstream and xstream got their attorney in NYC to call em.

Well, just be advised, your little snippet regarding a lawsuit is a little late and awfully negligent on your part. I have taken over 20K out of my investments to retain counsel for a retainer for the protection of my best interests. I have always been open and up front and asked only what a reasonable company is expected to produce. Not proprietary secrets, just confirmation of statements made.

For yourself, Jeffrey D aka JS, the company, Mike Langdon and now some other email participants to threaten me - well I am seeking damages and a complete correction of the record. If it costs me hundreds of thousands of dollars to ask a question, well then it should go to reason that it will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to provide an answer.

Forget the mileage, you're in leeds and I won't provide your address and numbers nor your plots if property you're involved in. I asked you to leave me alone, and now you have involved yourself along with others.

Now I have accessed "protection" and it would behoove you to do the same. Either get off my case or get deeper into my case, up to you.
