Hi Jeff, one quick question to (3) Was it clarified at the meeting whether someone on the Board of Directors of TSIG was allowed to short the stock ?

When you say "NO" - do you mean that the question was not clarified at the meeting or "NO" - someone on the Board of Directors of TSIG is not allowed to short the stock.
