My father taught me when I was 10 years old that gambling is for suckers...

No doubt he taught you well. But Bill, you were the one who said the stock would be under $1....Since you had not said when, I was merely offering you the opportunity to put your money where your mouth was. I figured since you knew all of this, it wouldn't be gambling for you....

Don't underestimate my due diligence.

I doubt I have done that....

Don't bet on that! (pun intended)

With the price of a new casino now exceeding the price of a top-line semiconductor fab and much of the financing being done with debt, don't be surprised that the owners are often a tad nervous themselves.

Now the table staff, that's a different story. Union wages and tips from high rollers...
