One Positive and One Negative for WAVX (IMO)
This week's Barron's issued a correction on Clingus's comments from last weeks publication. The correction wasn't in conjunction with WAVX but rather CCSI that was suggested as a short by Mr. Clingus(sp). Regardless! The fact that he issued false information about one company raises the possiblity that he is wrong about the information shared on any other company(WAVX).

With that said.... on to the concern that I have with WAVX and this information is taken from the July issue of Consumer Report. In their Front Lines--Technology section they have an article..."Music off the Web".
The Diamond Rio PMP300, a beeper sized device, is at the forefront of a music revolution. A portable music player with software to download songs from the web or copy tunes via a PC from a compact disc. It play 1/2 hour of CD quality music. It has been controversial because its software also allows you to send and receive pirated music via the internet. Last fall the Recording Industry Association of America(RIAA) TRIED to keep the Rio off the market. Meanwhile, companies from AT&T to SONY are developing ways consumers can BUY and download albums via the Internet. The (RIAA) wants to set technical standards for such music and to squelch unauthorized copying. RIO competitors that meet these standards should be in stores by XMAS.

Assuming what Consumer Digest is reporting is correct, it appears that such companies as AT&T and Sony are addressing at least a part of the market that WAVX is trying to impact. As an investor...do I want to invest in a company that might be going up against the likes of AT&T and Sony and that certainly have deeper pockets and technical staffs that might not have any peers. Also, if what AT&T is working on, does this keep the product applying to the other areas that WAVX has targeted?

Just food for thought with no partially meant on my part.

Not only does the company show promise but the FATMAN is coming very soon. I sure wouldn't want to be short in this stock.
