Then, July must be the hoarding period for all longs. Guess I will buy more! What the heck, its only money! Maybe this is the bottom! I agree that the shares will hit the market slowly and at a much higher price. Im sure the holders want their money to double again. Is it correct to assume that if the conversion is set now at 4 dollars a share, that they can sell them at 7 if they want. They will get much more money for their efforts that way. Is this correct? They have a vested interest in seing the stock soar AFTER this week is over, correct...???

Thanks for the link and post. Interesting to note that the S-3 contains certain instances which, though unlikely imho, would trigger the right of the Preferreds to demand cash for their shares instead of converting to common stock. That lends credibility to the liability accounting of those shares.
