Give me a break, if I remember correctly MTEI was suspended for "only" two weeks also. It's so hard sometimes to remain nice, you are so correct. Mr. Optimist, of the thousands of companies that the SEC investigates, how many do they feel are serious enough to suspend trading? They can get request documents without suspending trading, did that thought ever enter your "analysis?" Did it? Yes or no? Did it? You can actually subpoena documents without halting trading. After you examine the documents, if you don't like what you see, you suspend trading. Did I miss something, Mr. Screamer? Sorry, but you were patronizing in your post, it doesn't become you. Now can we drop it and be nice again? We're all under a bit of tension, but let's not let Jimmy off the hook, he runs the company, we must hold him responsible....no? Thanks. Peace. And here's to successful hamburgers, we'll need it (private joke).

This trading halt is a legal and bureaucratic matter.

Hence, it should not be directly handled by a business leader or technical man. It should be handled most efficiently by our attorney, supposedly skilled in bureaucratic and legal matters regarding SEC.

Yes, Jimmy should be ultimately responsible and push our attorneys to resolve this matter most amicably and promptly. But, his personal presence in Washington is not needed and the company is better served by his pursuit of real revenue-bearing business.

The only part about this "trading halt" I vaguely like is it will push Digitcom to be proactive in supplying us,the investors, with complete and detailed news of the contracts. I personally do not think that we, the long investors, have been served by this halt and Digitcom should clear this mess up, quickly and completely, through their SEC lawyers.
