--XSNI spiked to $6 on a lot of SI hype. The fact that it sold off to pre-hype levels is not good. Movement was just daytraders.

--Freeserve priced at the lower end of its range. Not good.

--XSNI will have a lot of trouble getting over $6 again because a lot of people bought over the current price and want to sell at break even. They lack your enthusiasm. It's called "overhead" in a chart.

--XSNI bottomed out briefly in the high 1's and drifted back up to current levels in what looks like very aimless trading. I don't see any great signs in this chart.

--Some traders will buy XSNI for the runup into the Freeserve IPO then sell as soon as Freeserve starts trading. "Sell the news".

--If Freeserve doesn't take off, XSNI could get cut in half in a matter of minutes.

--The recent conduct of the company hiring lawyers to contact Jacalyn is a warning sign to me. All she did was ask a bunch of legitimate questions and they freaked out.

--Where is the application for the NASDAQ listing? It's already mid-July.
