PB, Circles is datted, to x-area teams is the new name. OK. The concept is valid. A superior method that I have seen is where all the members of the meeting have code names and are at their desks in private and theyt type their comments under their code name and so the smallest, lowest status player can make a comment for the group to consider. This stops the alpha crowd from self grooming behaviour and allows ideas to make their own way without personality overlays helping/hindering them Intel has many irons in he fire, Rambus, and new CPUs that tape late are just a small factor in the overall....but they will loom larger in 6-12 months if status is not changed.
