Jacalyn, it appears you are threatening to sue me. Do what you must. Please study malicious prosecution remedies. I will say the following one last time:

1. I have never threatened you.
2. I am not in a conspiracy to threaten you.
3. I am not Jeff Sun
4. I did not ask SI to delete any of my posts
5. I will not post to you again

I will look upon any further actions taken by you against me to be harrassment, an invasion of privacy and malicious in nature. Jeff

edification - the Got a few hundred thousand dollars and 30 years - that is the question I was asked or comment to the effect that if I continued to do DD - a law suit would cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars and some 30 years litigation - now did I want that. No, I don't want that, but I don't want to be threatened or intimidated for not breaking the law either; so to prevent any such occurrance, I just decided it is in my best interests to put this matter into the hands of my attorneys in NYC and in LA with full retainers and then some - and in the end get my attorney's fees, my retainers, my damage awards by juries and provide my record for all in the Federal Register, and cases annotated whatever the adjudication.

Is that a SEC approved tactic? Better find out; by the way are you going to provide me with your umbrella liability insurance policy number.

Threats to me do not go unheeded nor are they warranted. A simple yes or no comment would have been sufficient.

Where are all these insiders getting the information about an IPO - not doing DD just getting threatening emails from the group in the UK.

$10-15 by the end of this summer following an IPO.

Summer ends on Labor Day in early September, right? And SEC filings take 1 -2 months to be approved, right?

Great, then we can look forward to XSNI filing its S-1 or F-1 this week so we can review the detailed, audited financials. They have to file ASAP for an IPO even in September.

What a relief it will be to have everything out in the open.

Unless, of course, XSNI doesn't file its NASDAQ application. Then the IPO part will be kinda tricky.
