Bob,
When I run the QCharts program and enter my password at the start. I get the same thing of "user account not found". Expect for the nice classical music, it has been a total waste of time trying to reach this people via their 1-800 number.

In a way, QCharts is a qfeed application as well, but it is totally useless right now. My problem is that I wanted to get the system set up prior to Monday, but it seems that is not going to happen.

Please tell me what server you are loggin onto on both applications. One of our servers doesn't have the right permissions file.
