To All, CNBS chuckle of the day. Maria B. was talking about an analyst's downgrade of Hewlett: "He also downgraded IBM just before the last quarter and they had blowout earnings and he was wrong." Actually, the analyst was right, the earnings were about as fake as possible, and Maria doesn't know the difference. I notice she never qualifies an analyst upgrade of IBM or Dell by saying, "he also recommended Compaq and got killed." <g> What an empty skirt.
