Sounds good to me, David. Here are some thing you may want to find out: 1. Current share count. 2. Size of the debenture. 3. What is the long range strategy of the company (what does it want to become and it intends to get there). 4. Sales projections for the next few quarters, by segment. 5. How much more money will be required before they turn positive cash flow. 6. How much of this money is in the bank and how much still need to be raised. That is a good start and will give us an idea of where they are standing. Zeev
