Well, MM I read it twice now, and I am still not particularly impressed. I'll be following the financing coming in July, some $10 MM, we'll see what kind it is, they surely are going to need all that $40 MM. By the way the share count is also going to balloon, if indeed their new acquisition works, it will cost a total of 13 MM shares, and the $40 MM may require another 10 MM shares, so no we are talking about a company with a potential capitalization of almost 60 MM shares and market valuation of around $250 MM. Quite rich for a start up company that has not had its mettle (metal?) tested in the market place and is going to operate in one of the most competitive arenas in that market. It is an interesting speculation, but I think I would rather see the financing in place (at least the first Tranche) and the post Y2K business evolving.

Good luck out there.
