Anyway, I am not persuaded that the difficulty of intelligence work vitiates the Cox report. My impression is that they were pretty mild, in order to avoid a showdown with the White House. I do not know anyone at the National Laboratories (do you mean Livermore?), and I do not know who you may have talked to, or what they may know about it, so I am at a loss....
