maybe if your so concerned that he is not working you should go to Tyson Corners and find out for yourself instead of relying on the board.

Have you been there? I have. Be there to understand why INFE don't have any audited financial report...until now.

I am not bashing the stock. I am only speaking out what I saw in their office. I was once owned this stock and did sell them all after my visit in their office. Of course, with a big loss.

My understanding is that the financials haven't been released because of pending acquisitions, and they didn't want to have to revise numbers after acquisitions had been made. I understand that two more acquisitions will be closed this month, but I don't know what that means as far as when the financials will be disseminated (probably nothing).
