I do not know enough about the fine points of counter- espionage. They did manage to catch the Walkers, Aldrich Ames (after embarrassing lapses), and this latest trio (the names escape me) from Washington....Anyway, aren't there legitimate questions about the failure to tap into the prime suspect's computer when questions arose? He had signed a privacy waiver as a condition of employment, and yet that was the excuse for not investigating--- privacy concerns....
